• 8a-5p outpatient schedule with one hour lunch break
• 15-18 patients per day between new and follow-up visits
• Outpatient clinic setting
• EMG training required with general neurology
• Botox injections for migraine and spasticity
• Skin biopsy and lumbar puncture procedures
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certification required or eligible
