Often, FCS leads the nation in initiating research studies and offering ground-breaking new therapies to patients.Come join us today!RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for monitoring and collecting the financial responsibilities of our patients.The Patient Financial Navigator must keep patients’ insurance benefits up to date in OncoEMR and Centricity and view the patients’ services for diagnosis and insurance coverage appropriateness.Also performs the daily tasks of Managed Care and Patient Financial NavigatorQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GED.Experience working in a healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office is required.Excellent verbal and communication skills needed.Insurance knowledge requirements including:Understanding of medical terminologyManaged care authorization processICD10 codesCollection experienceAbility to calculate and collect patients’ responsibility and insurance co-pay/coinsuranceRemote: NOLocation: 5985 Silver Falls Run, Ste 200, Bradenton, FL 34211-1291Schedule: 745am - 415pm OR 8am - 430pm Monday - Friday#LI-AH1SCREENINGS – Background, drug, and nicotine screensSafeguarding our patients and each other is an important part of how we deliver the best care possible to the communities we serve.
