Floor Manager / Guest Experience Manager - Full Time

Bella Vino Wine Bar is seeking a dedicated Floor Manager / Guest Experience Manager to enhance our guest experience and support our daily operations. This hands-on role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality and service. You will lead the front-of-house team, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit while keeping the service running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service and flow of the dining room to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Support servers, hosts, and bartenders during service to maximize efficiency.
- Handle guest interactions and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure consistent adherence to service standards across the team.
- Assist with training, organization, and daily operations of the restaurant.
- Work closely with the ownership and leadership team to meet operational goals.
Requirements
- Strong hospitality and guest service mindset.
- Experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in serving or leadership roles.
- Ability to remain calm and lead effectively during busy shifts.
- Team-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to management.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership and lead by example.
