Salary: $55K-$80K (based on experience) Full-time and in-office Willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, organized, and a strong communicator We are seeking a motivated and organized Director of Recruitment to lead and manage all recruiting efforts for our home care agency. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers, PCAs (Personal Care Aides), and occasional administrative staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-oriented, and experienced with recruiting through job boards and other hiring platforms.Key Responsibilities for Director of Recruitment
- Manage all recruitment efforts for caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and administrative staff
- Create, post, and maintain job listings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews
- Communicate closely with HR regarding hiring needs, onboarding, compliance, and staffing updates
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
- Ensure all hiring processes are completed efficiently and professionally
- Assist with employee retention initiatives and recruiting strategies
- Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation
- Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, ideally within home care or healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other recruiting/job board platforms
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Comfortable working closely with HR and office leadership
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic recruiting software/ATS systems
