Senior Maintenance Mechanic

The Senior Maintenance Technician is an advanced-level technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving production equipment in a battery manufacturing environment. This role handles complex mechanical and electrical issues, supports plant utilities, and provides technical guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment across casting, pasting, cell, and final assembly operations, as well as all supporting equipment. Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and uptime.
