Plant Reliability Technician (Electro-Mechanical)

• Safeguard food safety and product quality by maintaining equipment and facilities to GMP standards.
• Eliminate unnecessary downtime through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Empower operators through hands-on training and floor support.

Core responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, refrigeration systems, and building equipment.
• Execute and document a comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) program.
• Support production, assembly, packaging, and warehouse operations with responsive maintenance.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes and equipment to cut downtime.
• Order and manage parts to sustain critical inventory levels.
• Perform facility modifications, painting, and cleaning to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and GMPs; other duties as assigned.

Work environment

This is a fully hands-on role with 100% on-the-floor presence across the production floor, maintenance shop, and outdoor areas.

Tools you’ll touch

• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)

Your background

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Electrical systems diagnostics and repair; strong electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
