Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Ser Mejor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored therapy plans for clients.

• Providing diverse therapeutic interventions rooted in evidence-based practices to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients' unique needs.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all aspects of client care are effectively managed and supported.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to strengthen clinical knowledge and stay updated with current mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance bonuses.
