- 3+ years of direct customer relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of systems and Hardware Support (Network & Server)
- Able to prioritize critical operational tasks across multiple contract manufactures
- Be an escalation point for current IT Support team
- Able to build operational dashboards
- Able to perform lite automation tasks
