Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with MANTECH!MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Operations Systems Specialists to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Plans and directs the daily analytical tasks associated with improving computer systems and operational data processing.Monitor system performance metrics, identify technical bottlenecks, and recommend architectural changes to enhance organizational efficiency.Implement standardized systems testing procedures and oversee the preparation of Technical Reports for senior executive review and coordination.Manages the execution of systems analysis and integration tasks for Special Operations Command Centers in the Pacific AOR.Evaluate regional systems requirements to prioritize infrastructure upgrades and ensure network reliability for high-impact mission sets.Lead the coordination of Technical Teams to resolve complex software and hardware interface issues affecting theaterwide training operations.Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.Minimum Qualifications:Senior LevelBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical systems protocolsMidlevelBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).Demonstrated ability to draft technical systems documentation and follow established SOPs.Preferred Qualifications:PMP certification or a related field.Experience with Navy or Army tactical systems.Knowledge of MIL-STD cybersecurity and information assurance protocols within a regional contextClearance Required:Must hold an active Secret ClearancePhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.The projected compensation range for this position is -.
