Operations Support Specialist

Job Title: Operations Support Specialist Employment Type: On-Site | Hourly | Non-Exempt Overview: Servi-Tek is seeking a Timekeeping Specialist to support employees across our janitorial sites. This field-based role focuses on employee training, timekeeping systems, safety, and compliance. The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of the workday visiting assigned sites and working directly with employees , with the remaining 20% dedicated to office-based responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Train employees on company timekeeping standards and procedures Assist employees with EPAY/iSolved, including tablet setup, system updates, troubleshooting, and facial-recognition profile setup Conduct routine site visits to support employees and maintain compliance and service-quality standards Conduct weekly employee safety training Support the Compliance Manager with the Scalefusion application Deliver and replace employee tablets and chargers as needed Ensure updated Labor Law and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) posters are displayed in janitor rooms Conduct monthly janitor-room inspections and confirm that current job cards and required materials are available Maintain inspection standards for equipment, systems, and processes in accordance with safety and industry regulations Participate in the employee recognition program and provide recommendations when appropriate Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings Maintain accurate training, inspection, and site-visit records in Servi-Trak Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in employee training, workforce compliance, or a related function Experience working in a janitorial or facilities-services environment is preferred Comfortable using technology, particularly Apple products such as iPads, Pages, and Numbers Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels Organized, dependable, and able to carry out specific action plans Comfortable working independently and traveling regularly between assigned sites High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Valid driver's license and proof of insurability Work Schedule & Setup Split Shift (Monday-Friday): 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturdays: Required at least once per month (a few hours). Work Setup: On-site, traveling daily to multiple job sites across Honolulu, Pearl City, and Waikiki to train employees on timekeeping requirements.
