divh2Job File Coordinator/h2pThe Job File Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate job documentation throughout the restoration process. This role supports production teams, customers, insurance carriers, and office staff by ensuring all job files are complete, compliant, and processed efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliCreate, maintain, and update job files from intake through completion/liliEnsure all required documentation, photos, estimates, and forms are uploaded and accurate/liliCoordinate communication between customers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams/liliMonitor job progress and follow up on missing information or approvals/liliReview job files for compliance with company and insurance standards/liliAssist with scheduling, work authorizations, and invoicing support/liliEnter and maintain data in company management software systems/liliTrack deadlines and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks/liliProvide excellent customer service and respond professionally to inquiries/liliSupport office operations and additional administrative duties as assigned/liliEstimate writing using Xactimate/li/ulpQualifications/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required/liliPrevious administrative, coordinator, or office support experience preferred/liliMinimum of 1 year experience required in restoration, construction, insurance, or service industries is required/liliStrong organizational and multitasking skills/liliExcellent verbal and written communication abilities/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems/liliAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively/liliStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills/li/ulpPreferred Skills/pulliKnowledge of Xactimate, DASH, or restoration management software/liliFamiliarity with insurance claims processes/liliCustomer service experience in a high-volume environment/liliAbility to handle confidential information professionally/li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliPrimarily office-based work/liliAbility to sit, type, and use office equipment for extended periods/liliOccasional lifting of files or office supplies up to 20 pounds/li/ulpFlexible work from home options available./ppPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential./ppAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in peoples lives each and every day!
