Your main responsibilities: Set up, maintain and operate computer numerical controlled machine tools, including turning and milling centers (vertical and horizontal). Run simple to complex runs to exacting tolerances and specifications; perform blueprint reading and use micrometers, gauges, and applicable tooling. Apply broad machine tool knowledge to support special tools and machine orders; may run multiple tasks or machines simultaneously. Edit or change programs to enhance product quality. Order raw materials and appropriate tooling per project. Instruct less qualified operators in setup and operation. Maintain high quality, quantity, safety, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. Perform these duties and others as requested. We are looking for talent with: High School diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC machines. Excellent attendance record. Consistently meets or exceeds commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
