Administrative Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Front Desk & Inquiries: Greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries.
• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing, and managing digital and physical filing systems. 
• Accounts Payable (AP): Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices; match invoices with receiving documents; resolve vendor discrepancies and inquiries. 
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate, send, and track invoices; collect payments; contact customers regarding overdue accounts.
• Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries professionally via email or social media.
• Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, place orders, generate inventory tags for raw materials, and help maintain inventory record
• Data Entry: Create and update records, ensuring information accuracy in databases and spreadsheets.
• Recruitment: Assist with job postings, resume screening, background checks, and interview scheduling.
• Onboarding: Prepare new hire packets and conduct orientation sessions. 
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files.
• Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with attendance tracking and answer basic benefits questions.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative office experience; HR support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; QuickBooks experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
