We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to become a part of our dynamic team in Jackson, Michigan! You will help plan and facilitate all property management activities and transactions.Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is directly responsible for the following:Section 8 and LIHTC recertifications.Leasing and processing applications.Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Payable operations.Timely, accurate processing of Accounts Receivable operations.General office administration.Specific site administration.Tenant/landlord relations.This position reports directly to the Community Manager in planning and directing the community goals and operations.EOEQualifications:Previous experience in property management or other related fieldsFamiliarity with real estate contracts and leasesFamiliarity with Section 8 & LIHTCAbility to build rapport with tenantsExcellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
