This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who's organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced tax environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain tax filing systems, documents, and workflows using CCH Axcess Assist with preparation, assembly, and e-filing of tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, etc.) Track filing deadlines and ensure timely submissions of all tax-related documents Provide administrative support to tax partners and staff, including scheduling, client follow-up, and correspondence Maintain up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with firm procedures Support onboarding of new clients and setup within the tax system Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role in a tax or accounting firm A minimum of an associate's degree is required Proficiency in CCH Axcess is required Strong organizational and communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment Please send your resume in Word format to: Let’s Connect & Explore Your Options We are actively hiring for a range of positions across multiple firms.
