Workforce Management Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management (WFM) Lead to serve as the country-level functional expert for workforce planning, scheduling, and labor management initiatives within the United States. This individual will ensure that global workforce management processes, system designs, and deployment strategies align with operational realities, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in UKG Pro WFM/Kronos , workforce planning, advanced scheduling, labor forecasting, and large-scale workforce management transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the U.S. subject matter expert for Workforce Management (WFM) processes and best practices.
- Lead workforce planning, labor forecasting, scheduling, and staffing optimization initiatives.
- Partner with global program teams to ensure workforce management solutions align with U.S. operational and compliance requirements.
- Provide functional leadership during system design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into scalable WFM solutions.
- Ensure workforce management processes comply with labor regulations, scheduling rules, and company policies.
- Drive process improvements and workforce optimization strategies across multiple locations.
- Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts throughout implementation and deployment phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of Workforce Management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong expertise in UKG Pro WFM , UKG Dimensions , or Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
- Experience with advanced scheduling, workforce planning, labor forecasting, and workforce optimization.
- Proven experience supporting large-scale WFM implementations, transformations, or system deployments.
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, workforce compliance requirements, and scheduling practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders, and implementation teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, or other large hourly workforce environments.
- Prior experience supporting global HR or workforce transformation programs.
- Experience with UKG environments acquired through mergers, acquisitions, or system migrations.
- Knowledge of legacy Keurig UKG/WFM environments is highly desirable.
