Job Title: Dental Assistant
Location: New York, NY
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Monday – Friday | 5×7.5 Hours

Pay Rate:

Traveler: $30- $35

Local: $25- $30

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support dentists with chairside procedures, oral surgery, imaging, and patient care.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Certified Dental Assisting Program preferred.
Minimum 1 year of chairside dental assisting experience.
Experience with oral surgery and panoramic imaging.
Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

Assist dentists with 4-handed chairside procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain sterile instruments.
Assist during oral surgeries, including extractions and implants.
Perform oral X-rays and panoramic radiographs.
Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR.
Educate patients and maintain inf
