Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - any 3 days office and 2 days work from home)

SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams Admin


REQUIRED_SKILL:


* Strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint (2016, SE, SharePoint Online)


* One Drive for Business Teams


* Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and scripting technologies


* Experience with monitoring technologies (Splunk. SCOM SiteScope)


* Solid understanding of Active Directory, Server, Database (SQL) and networking technologies


* Experience with virtual platforms (client and server) and Microsoft Office products


* Ability to effectively interface with key software/hardware partners such as Microsoft, AvePoint, etc.


* Experience with the incident, change problem management disciplines; and knowledge of the Remedy ITSM application toolset

DESIRED_SKILL:


* ITIL Certification and in depth understanding of ITIL principles, functions and processes is a plus


* Server, Storage Network experience
• Automation skills to reduce manual activities
• Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
• Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong influencer, facilitator, and collaborator.
