If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team. Broadridge is hiring! We're seeking Vice President, Corporate Development. You will be a senior leader on Broadridge’s corporate development team, helping to shape and execute Broadridge’s inorganic growth strategy through acquisitions, partnerships, minority investments, partnerships, and other strategic transactions. This highly visible executive role requires a proven leader with deep transaction experience, exceptional strategic and financial acumen, strong business judgement, and the ability to influence and operate effectively at senior levels of the organization. The VP will play a central role in identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and executing high-impact transactions that align with Broadridge’s long-term growth priorities. In addition to leading transaction execution, this executive will partner closely with business leaders to identify and source acquisition, partnership, and investment opportunities; develop investment theses, assess market opportunities, drive portfolio-shaping initiatives, and support integration planning and value realization. This role requires a seasoned deal‑making executive with corporate development, investment banking, and/or private equity experience, who has demonstrated excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, the ability to lead multiple complex workstreams simultaneously and to collaborate across functional teams in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

- Transaction Leadership and Execution: Lead end-to-end execution of acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and partnerships
- Oversee all phases of the transaction process, including target screening, strategic assessment, valuation, structuring, negotiation, due diligence, internal approvals, and closing
- Serve as a senior point of contact in discussions with target company executives, bankers, legal counsel, accounting advisors, and other external stakeholders
- Drive transaction processes with urgency, discipline, and sound judgment while balancing strategic, operational, legal, and financial considerations, all in a collaborative environment
- Strategic and Financial Analysis: In close collaboration with the sponsoring business unit, lead the development and review of sophisticated financial models and valuation analyses to support investment decisions
- Oversee analyses including operating forecasts, discounted cash flow models, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, synergy assessments, and accretion/dilution analysis
- Evaluate strategic fit, competitive positioning, market attractiveness, revenue and cost synergy opportunities, and operational implications of transaction opportunities
- Business Case Development and Executive Communication: Lead the creation of clear, data‑driven business cases that synthesize financial, strategic, operational, market, and integration considerations into clear recommendations for executive audiences
- Prepare and deliver high‑impact recommendation presentations for C‑level and Board discussions
- Due Diligence Leadership: Lead cross‑functional due diligence efforts across finance, legal, tax, accounting, technology, product, cybersecurity, HR, commercial, operations, and compliance
- Establish diligence priorities, identify key risks and value drivers, and ensure effective issue resolution throughout the process
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external advisors to elevate issues, develop resolutions and maintain a disciplined, efficient and collaborative diligence process
- Deal Structuring, Negotiation, and Governance: Help structure transactions to optimize strategic and financial outcomes while managing risk
- Support or lead key commercial negotiations in collaboration with legal and business executives
- Ensure transactions are executed in accordance with internal governance, financial criteria, and strategic priorities
- Integration Planning and Value Realization: Partner with business and functional leaders to develop integration strategies and value creation plans during the pre‑close phase
- Support post‑close reviews and monitor transaction performance against investment thesis, synergy targets, and strategic objectives
- Identify lessons learned and continuously improve Broadridge’s M&A and integration processes
- Team Leadership and Cross‑Functional Influence: Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to members of the corporate development team
- Foster a culture of analytical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and execution
- Build strong partnerships across Broadridge’s corporate functions and business units
- Influence without authority across a matrixed organization; align stakeholders toward transaction objectives
Key Relationships

- Deep experience in corporate development, investment banking, and/or private equity, with substantial focus on acquisitions and meaningful exposure to minority investments and partnerships
- Sector experience in financial technology, enterprise software, information services, financial services, or adjacent industries preferred
- Demonstrated success leading complex transactions from origination through closing, including sourcing, valuation, diligence, structuring, negotiation, and integration planning and governance
- Experience operating in a complex, matrixed organization and leading cross‑functional teams
