We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Operations Lead provides the first point of contact for all guests. This Team Member is expected to provide excellent guest service to all stakeholders and help cultivate a memorable event experience. There will be game day responsibilities for all sports events and non sporting events. This position will also have a large role in supporting daily operations, facility upkeep, and leading operations shifts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Perform operating procedures relating to events and programs Act as a liaison between the venue, guest, and event directorsProvide superior customer service Clean and organize designated areas for public use Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment; sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as needed Keep accurate track of field and light usageProvide leadership and supervision to staff in the absence of upper managementCleaning Bathrooms and other tournament areas as directedHelp in concessions, merchandise, gate, and registration when needed Demonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitors Knowledgeable in all Safety Procedures with the ability execute procedures Identify risk management opportunities Conduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelines Adhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures Adhere to all local, state, health, and safety laws Perform all duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and venueCommitment to the safety and well-being of othersCustomer service and cash handling experience preferred or quick study WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to lift 20 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bendWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noisePREFERRED:Have a basic understanding of sports
