Part Time Spanish Bilingual Receptionist

Job Description Job Description Required Qualifications Fluency in Spanish & English THE ROLE: The ideal candidate will support our main receptionist by performing some of the below functions: Answer phones Respond to text messages sent to the business text line Schedule clients and/or consults Confirm appointments and court hearings Copying, filing, scanning Daily mail intake Other miscellaneous duties This job is temporary (seasonal), which is a great opportunity for students who are home from college for the summer or anyone who is looking to gain experience in an office (legal) setting. The hours are part time (21 hours maximum a week), no weekends or holidays. If the candidate is a good fit, we are open to discussing a temp-to-perm position.
