Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Job Description Job Description A busy and growing collection agency in Philadelphia is seeking a reliable, professional, and bilingual Receptionist to join our team. This is a part-time opportunity with the goal of transitioning into a full-time position for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities : Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally Greet clients and visitors in a courteous manner Assist with general office duties including filing, scanning, emailing, and data entry Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish Schedule appointments and assist with office coordination Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed Handle confidential information professionally Requirements : Must be bilingual in Spanish and English Previous receptionist, customer service, or office experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and email systems Professional attitude and appearance Ability to multitask and work independently Schedule: Part-Time Hours (Monday to Friday; 12pm-5pm) Potential for Full-Time based on performance and business needs What We’re Looking For : We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company long-term.
