Perform thorough evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment plans

Deliver targeted physical therapy interventions concentrating on improving mobility, strength, and functional abilities

Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal recovery outcomes

Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercises

Keep accurate records of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards

Engage in interdisciplinary care rounds and meetings to facilitate the highest level of coordinated patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from a recognized institution

State license as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Previous clinical experience is strongly preferred

Ability to care for patients with complex medical and mobility challenges

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Comfortable with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
