Material Handler - Level 3

As a Material Handler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing the efficient and accurate handling, movement, and storage of materials within our operations. Your expertise and leadership will ensure the seamless flow of materials to meet production and customer demands while maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy.

You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall operational efficiency by overseeing inventory accuracy, supporting timely material availability, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment, while potentially mentoring junior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment according to company standards.

• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the facility.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and audits.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Proven experience in material handling or warehouse operations at an advanced level.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and material handling best practices, including cycle counting and audit processes.

• Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment with proficiency and adherence to safety standards.

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
