Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator

Driving continuous improvement in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Quality Assurance Coordinator will develop and maintain quality assurance programs, partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, and present business insights to leadership. Key responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain quality assurance programs and compliance initiatives to meet quality standards Analyze audit results and operational performance trends to identify risks and continuous improvement opportunities Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and cross-functional partners to support quality objectives Required qualifications 3+ years of training, quality assessment, or instructional design experience Experience in processing and/or insurance tracking in the mortgage industry Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical skills and general knowledge of QA systems and tools High School Diploma or GED
