We're looking for a Procurement Operations Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory, and procurement operations that help keep both our internal teams and clients running smoothly

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping things accurate and on track. You don't need to be a procurement expert to succeed here. We're much more interested in finding someone who communicates well, learns quickly, follows through on commitments, and takes pride in getting the details right

What You'll Do

• Process purchasing requests for hardware, software, office supplies, and other business needs.
• Coordinate orders with vendors and track them through delivery.
• Receive, organize, and maintain inventory records.
• Assign and track inventory within company systems.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and procurement documentation.
• Support payment processing and related administrative activities.
• Communicate with vendors, internal teams, and occasionally clients regarding orders, deliveries, and procurement needs.
• Help identify and resolve discrepancies involving orders, inventory, shipments, or payments.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, administrative operations, finance support, coordination, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Ability to work onsite in our Greensboro or Raleigh office

Bonus Points For:

• Procurement or purchasing experience.
• Inventory management or order tracking experience.
• AP/AR or payment processing exposure.
• Experience working in a ticketing system such as ConnectWise.
• Experience in an IT, technology, MSP, or related environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work arrangement based in Raleigh, NC or Greensboro, NC.
  • Candidates may be based in either office location.
• Some travel to the Greensboro office will be required during onboarding and training for employees based in Raleigh.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds as needed

Compensation

• Base salary: $45,000 - $52,000
• Eligible for profit sharing
• Overtime eligibility as applicable
