The Telemarketer plays a vital role in driving appointment setting efforts by actively contacting both new and existing clients. This position involves managing schedules efficiently, confirming appointments, and effectively communicating any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling needs. The Telemarketer supports the company’s business objectives by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring streamlined communication regarding appointment statuses.
Responsibilities
- Manage and confirm appointments with clients
- Contact prospective and existing clients to set appointments
- Handle appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests promptly
- Communicate updates and changes in appointment status effectively
- Coordinate schedule adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level telemarketing experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective time management and data entry abilities
- Knowledge of persuasion techniques and problem-solving
- Active listening skills
