- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 6 Months to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or data processing.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (specifically pandas, NumPy, and data visualization packages).
- Strong command of Excel (VBA, financial modeling, and pivot tables).
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Familiarity with SQL and querying databases is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills to translate complex data into simple business stories.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting and data collection.
- Build and update dynamic forecasting, budgeting, and scenario-analysis models using Excel and Python.
- Clean, process, and analyze large volumes of financial data using libraries like pandas and NumPy.
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, and Risk Management teams to explain financial insights and support strategic resource allocation.
