Our client is hiring a Desktop Support Technician!

Title: Windows Desktop Support Technician

Type : 3 month contract with expectation to extend

Location: Denver, CO (Downtown)

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Install, image, upgrade, and troubleshoot computers and applications using SCCM and PXE boot.
Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including support for printers, monitors, headsets, and other peripherals.
Respond to support calls, chats, and tickets, documenting requests and resolutions in ServiceNow.
Provide friendly technical assistance and training to help employees use technology effectively.
Partner with other IT teams to resolve complex issues, maintain equipment inventory, and create support documentation.
