Supply Chain Lead (United States)

Role: Supply Chain Lead – Reverse Logistics
Location: Remote (those in the Bay area or West Coast will get top choice)
Consumer electronics or hardware industry experience preferred.
Seeking an experienced Solution Lead with deep expertise in:
- reverse logistics
- supply chain operations
- consumer electronics environments
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of reverse logistics experience, within high-volume consumer electronics environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion, SAP, or comparable ERP platforms.
- Understanding of warranty and entitlement programs.
- Experience supporting ERP, supply chain, or business application implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Proven ability to deliver business value and drive process improvements .
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Six Sigma and/or DMAIC training .
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, or similar platforms.
- Experience with design-to-manufacturing and supply chain best practices .
- Reverse logistics transformation experience.
- Warranty lifecycle management expertise.
