Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a FP&A Manager based here in Atlanta, GA . A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law . Position Overview The FP&A Manager will support financial planning and analysis for North America, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. This role partners with senior leadership to drive best practices in P&L management and deliver actionable insights. Collaboration with finance teams and business leaders is key to success. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Support Finance VP with consolidation and maintenance of working files Manage risks and opportunities in forecasting process Partner with senior leadership on P&L management and reporting Work closely with BU Finance team for consolidation and reporting Provide P&L and cash flow analytics for stakeholders Create ad hoc reports and dashboards based on business needs Troubleshoot and support end-users for financial data consumption Drive continuous improvement and standardization efforts Oversee multiple projects and coordinate resources efficiently Required Experience/Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field 8+ years in data modeling, analysis, and reporting Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling skills Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar financial systems Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting expertise Ability to solve complex problems and deliver cost-effective solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of discretion with sensitive data Preferred Experience/Skills MBA or Master’s degree Experience with Power BI and EPM Cloud Background in process improvement and automation Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking Ability to work with C-level executives and cross-functional teams Education Requirements Advanced degree preferred Coursework in finance, accounting, or data analytics beneficial If eligible under the ACA, medical, dental and vision benefits and time off in accordance with local paid sick time laws will be offered.
