Associate Director, Real-World Analytics Programming

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Real-World Analytics Programming to lead statistical programming for observational research studies from initiation through final delivery. The role involves translating study protocols and analysis plans into reproducible programming solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams on oncology-focused real-world evidence research.

Responsibilities

Lead programming activities for assigned real-world studies from kickoff through final deliverables
Develop and validate SAS, SQL, R, and Python solutions for cohort construction and endpoint derivation
Review protocols and statistical analysis plans to ensure accurate implementation of study requirements
Generate and quality-control analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures per study specifications
Assess data quality and fitness-for-purpose across oncology-focused real-world data assets

Requirements

Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, and Python for statistical analysis and data manipulation
Experience developing and validating analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs)
Knowledge of real-world evidence methodologies including propensity scores and survival analyses
Expertise with claims data, electronic health records (EHR), or genomic databases
Strong technical documentation and reproducible coding practices
Experience managing multiple studies independently with attention to detail and quality control
