Associate Director, Real-World Analytics Programming

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks an Associate Director of Real-World Analytics Programming to lead statistical programming for observational oncology studies. The role involves managing study execution from initiation through final deliverables, translating protocols and analysis plans into reproducible programming solutions using SAS, SQL, R, and Python.

Responsibilities

Lead statistical programming activities for assigned real-world studies from kickoff through final delivery
Develop and validate analysis datasets, TLF shells, and programming documentation using multiple programming languages
Translate study designs and analytical specifications into scalable, reproducible programming solutions
Perform quality control and validation of programming code, datasets, and study outputs
Assess data quality and fitness-for-purpose across claims, EHR, and genomic data sources

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, and Python programming
Experience with real-world evidence and health economics outcomes research studies
Strong understanding of statistical analysis plans and clinical study protocols
Expertise in survival analyses, propensity score methods, and confounding adjustment techniques
Experience with oncology-focused real-world data sources including claims and EHR
Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent programming projects
