Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research/Real-World Evidence (HEOR/RWE)

Mineralys Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director to lead health economics and real-world evidence strategies supporting clinical and commercial objectives for an innovative aldosterone synthase inhibitor program. The role involves designing observational studies, economic models, and evidence analyses while collaborating across medical affairs, market access, and regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, execution, and oversight of HEOR and RWE studies including observational cohorts and economic models
• Identify evidence gaps and develop research strategies addressing disease burden and treatment pathways
• Partner cross-functionally with medical affairs, clinical development, and commercial teams on evidence needs
• Oversee vendor selection and management while ensuring timely study execution and budget control
• Lead publication planning and development of abstracts, manuscripts, and scientific presentations

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH) in health economics, outcomes research, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HEOR, RWE, or outcomes research experience in pharma, biotech, consulting, or academia
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of health economics methodologies
• Experience designing and executing observational studies and economic models
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and external vendor relationships
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for real-world data and economic analyses
