Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license in special education
• Experience working with K-5 students
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and staff
• Organizational ability to provide resource services and manage a varied caseload

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering resource services to students of varying abilities in grades K-5
• Managing IEP responsibilities, including meetings, progress monitoring, and compliance documentation
• Working directly with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and create inclusive learning environments
• Offering targeted support to students, both in small group and one-on-one settings
• Communicating regularly with families, staff, and related service providers to ensure student needs are being met
