Leave and Benefits Administrator

Our client is hiring a Leave & Benefits Administrator to join a growing HR team supporting employees across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of employee benefits administration, leave management, and HR compliance who enjoys working in a fast-paced, employee-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans

• Manage leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, parental leave, and other protected leaves

• Coordinate open enrollment processes, benefits education, and employee communication initiatives

• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, leave policies, eligibility, and claims

• Partner with Payroll, HR, brokers, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company leave and benefits regulations

• Conduct benefits audits, reporting, and documentation management to ensure data accuracy

• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or HR operations

• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, COBRA, workers’ compensation, and benefits compliance

• Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

• Experience supporting multi-state employees preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary $85,000 – $115,000 based on experience
  • Annual bonus eligibility
