Hourly Rate: $30-$50 per hour

Start Date: September 1st or 2nd week

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Benefits Admin/Analyst to join our Managed Services team on a consultant basis. The ideal candidate will be a Dayforce expert with a deep understanding of benefits administration and analysis, combined with a great personality that allows them to effectively engage with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support benefits administration within Dayforce for a variety of clients.
Analyze and optimize benefits processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, addressing their specific benefits needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits administration in Dayforce.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality managed services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits-related regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Benefits Admin or Analyst, specifically within Dayforce.
Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $30-$50
