About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Benefits Admin/Analyst to join our Managed Services team on a consultant basis. The ideal candidate will be a Dayforce expert with a deep understanding of benefits administration and analysis, combined with a great personality that allows them to effectively engage with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support benefits administration within Dayforce for a variety of clients.
• Analyze and optimize benefits processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, addressing their specific benefits needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to benefits administration in Dayforce.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality managed services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefits-related regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Benefits Admin or Analyst, specifically within Dayforce.
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $30-$50
