About the Position

Night Shift Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Pennsylvania

Location: Pennsylvania

Facility Setting: Correctional Healthcare Facility

Schedule:
Thurs – Sat, 6 PM – 6 AM
Every other Wednesday, 6 PM – 6 AM
⚡ OT available after 80 hours every 2 weeks
Minimum 2 weeks/month; full-time candidates strongly preferred

Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide nighttime medical care for individuals entering the facility
• Assess and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Supervise detox initiation with substance use specialist nurses
• Evaluate urgent and emergent issues as they arise
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (TechCare)

Requirements

Requirements:
✅ Active Pennsylvania NP/PA license
✅ Board Certified
✅ DEA, BLS & ACLS certifications
✅ Previous night shift experience strongly preferred
