About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Operations and Leasing to spearhead the development and expansion of its operational and leasing infrastructure. The successful candidate will be tasked with building and leading the operations, leasing, and property management functions across a diverse portfolio of residential communities. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping the company's strategy, driving performance, and enhancing resident experiences. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable systems, hiring and developing teams, executing leasing strategies, and ensuring strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a proactive mindset, and a proven track record in residential real estate operations. Applicants for the Head of Operations and Leasing position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations, with a background in overseeing multiple residential communities or portfolios.
