Propósito del trabajo: Un asistente de mesero garantiza que todas las tablas se limpien y limpien de manera rápida y eficiente. La SA se mantiene en comunicación constante con los anfitriones para garantizar que todas las mesas se sienten lo más rápido posible. Tareas de trabajo Declaración(es) de funciones esenciales: • Ayuda a los invitados con cualquier necesidad. • Ayuda a los meseros con el transporte y la limpieza de las mesas. • Despeja y limpia las mesas en 30-45 segundos. • Mantiene el área de servicio limpia y abastecida. • Se asocia con el actualizador para garantizar cambios rápidos en la mesa. • Se adhiere a los valores fundamentales: pasión, colaboración, integridad y diversión con un propósito. • Entiende y utiliza eficazmente el programa para invitados por primera vez. • Posibilidad de transportar una bandeja y un cubo para platos y cubiertos. • Mantiene un baño limpio y abastecido durante todo el turno. • Ayuda con la limpieza de derrames y roturas que puedan ocurrir durante un turno. • Si está limpiando basura, ayuda a los lavavajillas apilando y clasificando adecuadamente todos los platos en el área de los platos, así como ayudando con la basura. • Practica la seguridad y el saneamiento en todo momento. • Completa las tareas de apertura y cierre adecuadas según la unidad. • Mantiene la etiqueta adecuada con todos los miembros del personal y los invitados. • Demuestra trabajo en equipo en todo momento. • Mantiene adecuados estándares de uniforme e higiene en todo momento.
