Bilingual HR Assistant

Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with a growing organization in the Jessup, MD area to identify a Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and serve as a primary point of contact for employees. This position is fully on-site and requires fluency in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate new hire onboarding and conduct orientations in English and Spanish. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and employment documentation. Assist with attendance tracking, compliance, and employee relations. Help employees navigate HR systems, including Paylocity. Support general HR administration, employee check-ins, and special projects. Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish required. Previous administrative experience required; HR experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is a plus.
