Looking for a school-based opportunity in Southern California without the high costs of Los Angeles? ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive district in Lancaster, CA for the upcoming school year.

Position Details
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday
- School-Based Setting
- Elementary through High School opportunities
- Manageable caseload
- Collaborative Special Education and Therapy Team
- Contract Position
What You'll Do
- Provide Occupational Therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
- Help students build skills for success both inside and outside the classroom
What We're Looking For
- Active California OT License
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for supporting student growth and independence
