Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active OT licensure
- Experience providing OT services in school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs, treatment plans, and progress documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility to travel between multiple school locations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
- Deliver direct OT services to students based on IEP goals
- Document evaluations, progress, and session notes in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff on strategies to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and share insights to inform decision-making
- Adapt therapy approaches as needed for diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all district procedures
