Compensation:

$122,400

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prospect for buyers and sellers
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions
• Market properties and personal brand effectively
• Collaborate with leadership and support staff to deliver exceptional service
• Continue learning and growing your business
• Follow all licensing requirements

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license in Illinois and/or Indiana
• Self-motivated and professional mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Desire to grow personally and professionally
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Both experienced agents and newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply.
