Litigation Paralegal (Employment)

Job Description
Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least five years of experience in employment law to assist the in-house legal team at one of our global financial service clients on an hourly basis. The paralegal will support the Employment team of attorneys who handle litigation, arbitration, EEOC and other employment related legal matters.
\n \nThis is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the world's most well-known and established financial and investment services companies
\n \nThis role is expected to be open-ended and it is expected to provide full-time hours, REMOTE.
\n \nResponsibilities include:
\n- \n
- Matter management \n
- Associate research \n
- Supporting all phases of litigation, arbitration and general dispute resolution, specifically in EEOC and employment-related matters \n
REQUIREMENTS:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree required \n
- 5+ years of paralegal experience from within a global law firm or financial services corporation \n
- Paralegal certification a plus \n
