Principal Purpose of Position: Prepares service estimates, sells routine maintenance/repair services and conducts follow-ups regarding unsold services and customer inquires Performs opening and closing responsibilities Schedules appointments, answers phones and collects funds for services performed Predicts the time needed for completion and stays in constant communication with the customer during the repair process Assists with the coordination of alternate transportation, rental car reservations, shuttle etc. Sell needed maintenance services and related parts to customers Identify customer requests Conduct a complete vehicle walk around Present multi-point inspection results to customers Recommend needed maintenance services and related parts Conduct a detailed active delivery of each vehicle Make appropriate prospecting and follow-up contacts with owners Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with dealership policies Write complete, accurate repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer policies Provides estimated cost analysis of automotive repairs and routine maintenance. Provide in-depth information on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part options Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned. Pay: We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average of $3,000-$10,000.month with earning potential based on your personal performance.
