Job Title: Medical Receptionist – Orthopedic Practice Location: Cherry Hill, NJ Schedule: Part Time | Tuesday (9am-5pm), Wednesday (half day) & Thursday (9am-5pm) *BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH A PLUS! What You’ll Do: - Greet patients warmly and professionally - Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments accurately - Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries promptly - Verify insurance coverage and ensure accurate patient intake documentation - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area What We’re Looking For: - Experience: Minimum 1 year in a medical office (orthopedic or specialty experience preferred) - Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and confident—great with patients and colleagues alike - Multitasking Ability: Detail-oriented and efficient, even in a fast-paced setting - Technical Skills: Proficient with EMR systems and general office software - Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish is a plus Why Join Us? COMPENSATION: In accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, we disclose that this position falls within Pay Grade 4 of the 2025 OPM Salary Table applicable to the NY, NJ, CT, and PA region. Compensation will be based on experience and education.
