Welcome to Commercial You'llbe part of the M&A & Business Development team whereyoutogether with yourcolleagueswillidentify, assess, and execute investment opportunities across wind, solar, storage, and emerging technologies.You'llwork closely with stakeholders across Development, Origination, Finance, Legal, Tax, Trading, and Commercial Structuring while gaining exposure to every stage of the transaction lifecycle.As a team,we'reambitious, collaborative, and commercially driven. We challenge ideas, support each other's development, and work together to create value through thoughtful analysis and disciplined execution. You'llplayan important rolein: screening and evaluating M&A and business development opportunities across renewable energy markets building and maintaining valuation and financial models to support investment and commercial decisions managing due diligence processes and coordinating internal and external stakeholders developing commercial analyses and recommendations that optimize project economics and risk profiles supporting the pricing, structuring, and risk assessment of revenue contracts and commercial agreements participating directly in the execution and closing of M&A and business development transactions. To succeed in the role, you: have experience within investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, business development, renewable energy, or a similar commercial environment possess advanced financial modelling and analytical skills and enjoy solving complex commercial problems understand the key drivers of value in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project-based investments can synthesize information from multiple sources and translate analysis into clear recommendations build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders hold a degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
