Desktop Support Analyst

Overview Position requires strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, time management, and device management using Microsoft applications. Beginner knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy is required; hands-on experience with Windows and iOS corporate devices. Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets. Experience with business and common application installation (Microsoft, third-party tools, and enterprise applications). Responsibilities Demonstrate clearly written and verbal communication skills. Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams. Manage time effectively to meet incident response and change ticket targets. Manage corporate devices and ensure proper device handling and configuration. Utilize Microsoft applications for daily tasks and operations. Maintain beginner knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. Provide hands-on support for Windows and iOS corporate devices. Coordinate incident resolution and change ticket execution with relevant teams. Install and support business and common applications (Microsoft, third-party tools, and enterprise applications). Must Have Skills 3+ years of hands-on experience managing the following technologies. Microsoft Desktop Family Operating System (Windows 7/10). Beginner knowledge on Active Directory, Group Policy; Active Directory & GPO. Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components such as servers, network devices, application & web services, and cloud components and their interconnections. Good to Have Skills Very good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills. Effective time management, team handling, and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $19.42/hour - $30.34/hour.
