Endow Painting & Facilities Management
Position Summary
Endow Painting & Facilities Management is seeking experienced, dependable painters who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. If you have a strong work ethic, your own painting tools, reliable transportation, and are committed to executing every project with excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Perform interior and exterior residential and commercial painting.
- Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Complete projects efficiently while maintaining Endow's quality standards.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers.
- Report material or equipment needs before they become project delays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience .
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation and paint application techniques.
- Ability to cut in straight lines and produce clean, professional finishes.
- Experience using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on ladders and scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Requirements
- Must provide your own basic painting tools (brushes, rollers, hand tools, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a background check if required for school, commercial, or government projects.
